Item 8.01    Other Events.

On September 18, 2019, CBTX, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.10 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable on October  15, 2019 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 1, 2019. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

CBTX, Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend

HOUSTON, Texas (September 18, 2019) – CBTX, Inc. (Nasdaq: CBTX), the bank holding company for CommunityBank of Texas N.A., today announced that its Board of Directors declared  a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.10 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable on October 15, 2019 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 1, 2019.
